I shape my work in Nutrition and Dietetics around clinical needs, human behavior, and the opportunities created by emerging technologies.
As a faculty member at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Bursa Uludağ University, I contribute to teaching, research, and postgraduate supervision. My work spans clinical nutrition and malnutrition risk, obesity and metabolic disorders, eating behavior, digital health, and artificial intelligence in nutrition.
